Bosch TL Systems aseptic high speed vial washing, sterilising, filling and stoppering line
TL Industries (Bosch) Aseptic Vial Filling Line for 10 ml - 30 ml vials at up to 350 vials/min comprising:
* GMP (Genesis Machinery Products) vial washer, model SVW-3-30, 30 lane, 52" wide belt
* Despatch Industries depyrogenation oven, model 158289, 48" wide belt.
* Sterile transfer conveyor mounted in Baker barrier isolator.
* TL Systems aseptic vial filling line, with 16 head walking beam filling station, check weigh system, ferris wheel style stopper inserter designed to use pre-washed and sterilized stoppers supplied by cleated elevator, dual 8 bank TL Systems mobile pumping station. Filling line mounted in Baker Co. barrier isolator with CIP spray balls.
* Vacuum transfer station in isolator.
The system is complete with interconnecting Baker Co. barrier isolators, controls, change parts and misc. spares. Line was installed new in 1997, validated, and never used.
